Special conditions/Partial grant/Denial basis/Remarks: We found that NAC is financially and operationally qualified to perform the services authorized above. We also found that NAC is substantially owned and effectively controlled by citizens of the Chile. NAC is a privately owned corporation. All of its officers and key management personnel are Chilean nationals. The applicant is properly licensed and designated (Note 0740/96 dated November 5, 1996) by its government to perform the services at issue here.
