Scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail between Baltimore/Washington, Philadelphia, and Charlotte, on the one hand, and St. Maarten, Netherland Antilles, on the other. The City of Philadelphia, Division of Aviation filed an answer in support of US Airways application.
