XX Exemption for two years under 49 U.S.C. 40109 to provide the following service:

Scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail between Baltimore/Washington, Philadelphia, and Charlotte, on the one hand, and St. Maarten, Netherland Antilles, on the other. The City of Philadelphia, Division of Aviation filed an answer in support of US Airways’ application.
