Further, the carrier requested an exemption to conduct charter foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between: (1) any point or points in Jordan and any point or points in the United States; (2) any point or points in the United States and any point or points not in the United States or Jordan, provided that such service constitutes part of a continuous operation that includes service between the United States and Jordan; and (3) other charters, in accordance with the Department's regulations (14 CFR Part 212).
